Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at PoorBoiz Lifter Kits. We appreciate your business and strive to provide you with the best quality car parts. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

1. Returns

1.1. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1.3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at lifterkitsph@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

1.4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the item. Ship the item to [return address].

2. Refunds

2.1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

2.2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

2.3. Refunds may take7 to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

3. Exchange

3.1. If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. You may be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

4. Non-Refundable Items

4.1. The following items are not eligible for a refund:

• Items that are not defective or don’t have quality issues
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

5. Shipping Costs

5.1. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

6.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
